Standard Formatting Package – $45

Covers most manuscript needs, including the majority of fiction and non-fiction books with minimal/standard graphics (chapter headers or section dividers)

Is the Standard Formatting Package right for me?

  • I DO NOT have images such as full-page graphics, maps, illustrations, charts, graphs, etc
  • My Fiction or Nonfiction manuscript is edited, finalized, and does not need further edits or substantial corrections.
  • I don’t require specialized chapter header or dinkus (section) graphics, or am providing my own custom ones.
  • I do not require specialized fonts (beyond the ones available in your standard selections).
  • I can provide my manuscript in one of the approved formats: Word (.doc/.docx), Pages, Google Docs, Open Office/Libre Office (.odt) or RTF.
  • I can provide the final copy of my book cover.
  • I understand my finished formatted book will include a title page, copyright page, and table of contents (clickable for eBook, with page numbers for print)
  • I understand if I want any front-matter content (introduction, prologue, welcome, etc., I must include that in the manuscript document.)
  • I understand if I want any back-matter content (other books by, about the author, thank you, etc., I must include that in the manuscript document.)
  • I understand I will receive a PROOF COPY for my review and approval before the files are finalized and delivered.
  • I understand I will receive three files: EPUB (Amazon & other retailers), MOBI (other distributors that still use/offer the old version), and PDF (for print versions).
  • I understand book formatting jobs are on a first-come-first-serve basis but most formatting projects are complete within a few days.

To reserve my spot and get my manuscript in the work queue, I understand I must pay for the service and upload all required files before work can begin. As soon as my payment is made (click below) I will be redirected to the page to provide all of my project info and files for immediate upload into our work queue.

Enhanced Formatting Package – $75*

For any fixed-page/non-reflowable books, comics, cookbooks, illustrated books, or manuscripts with heavy graphic usage (beyond just chapter headers and section dividers). *Some options can incur more charges.
