This helps so much. And I have been doing it, doing just the one thing differently and feeling really good about it. Thank you, mama bear.

I know I'm behind! lol I'm just reading through this little series and thinking about what I can change. I think I know what it is, but it's going to be a tough one. As much as it can be a pain in the rear, I think I need to go back to writing by hand! The only issue is that I have pretty bad hand pain these days, and part of me dreads what my doctor might find wrong with me. I'm pretty sure I have carpal tunnel because my hands will go to sleep when I'm sleeping and I wear braces at night that help, but they also go to sleep when I'm crocheting and when I write for too long, my right hand will start to go numb. But I have always found that writing by hand helps my brain process things so much better.
