I didn’t plan to learn emotional sovereignty from a cat-themed cozy mystery—but here we are.

But this was the week that taught me how healing shows up in the strangest ways, and reminded me the Universe truly does have a cosmically silly sense of humor at times.

This week wasn’t about climbing a mountain. It was about pouring into the cup I already carry.

I saw the old thoughts—the scarcity, the worry, the “what if I’m not enough.”
But instead of fighting them? I held them.
