This week, the air felt lighter — and not just because of the open windows and the autumn breeze.
Deven helped me haul out the heavy clutter, and I swear I could hear the house exhale when the last bag hit the curb.
The den feels different. Not perfect — but promising.
Even my desk looks more like a creative altar than a tech battlefield.
I didn’t push hard this week. My sinuses reminded me that healing asks for gentleness, not deadlines.
So I let my body set the rhythm: slow, steady, and soft.
And somewhere between the peppermint steam and the jade roller, I realized…
