🔮 Rewilding the Writer’s Soul #21
A Birthday Ritual for Writers Reclaiming Themselves — The Sacred Homecoming of Creative Sovereignty
Thursday, November 20th, I turn another year older —
and honestly?
It feels less like a birthday and more like a rebirth day.
This past week, I uncovered something in myself I didn’t expect:
a quiet, fierce, internal shift that started in my kitchen and echoed all the way into my creative spirit.
It wasn’t glamorous.
It wasn’t dramatic.
It wasn’t even planned.
It came while I was clearing a cluttered stretch of counter
and slid my new Carote knives into an old butcher-block holder
I hadn’t seen clearly in years.
Something in my body… unlocked.
Clicked.
Exhaled.
And for the first time, I felt something I haven’t felt in far too long:
🕯️ This post is part of the Rewilding the Writer’s Soul series—a series for creatives reclaiming their spark, rhythm, and self-trust through simple practices. You don’t have to chase your magic, you just have to remember were you left it. ✍️
