KEEP 🌟
→ The things that make you light up, that whisper “this is why I was born.”
→ The projects that feel like peace in motion, not pressure in disguise.
→ The relationships that honor your “no” as much as your “yes.”

TRASH 🗑️
→ The draining loops of guilt, comparison, or “should.”
→ Outdated structures that no longer fit the ecosystem of your joy.
→ Anything that steals your clarity and leaves confusion in its place.

DONATE (DELEGATE) 🤝
→ Tasks or systems that still matter but don’t require your sacred hands anymore.
→ Things that can be passed to automation, to VA help, or even to a later season of life.

This isn’t destruction — it’s composting. 🍂
The things you’re releasing will feed the roots of what’s coming next.

🕯️ Truth Moment

I had a thought recently — (it does happen on occasion LOL 🤣) — but it was something so powerful I swear it deserves to be carved on a candle:

“It makes zero sense to have the privilege of choosing to rebuild the life I want — and fill it with things that are heavy and don’t bring me joy. That isn’t selfish; that’s self-preservation.”

🔥 That’s gospel, cubs.

That’s what every healing/healed woman eventually realizes:
Self-preservation is not the opposite of service — it’s the prerequisite for it.

Because a woman who protects her peace can finally pour from wholeness, not depletion.
