I had a thought recently ā (it does happen on occasion LOL š¤£) ā but it was something so powerful I swear it deserves to be carved on a candle:
āIt makes zero sense to have the privilege of choosing to rebuild the life I want ā and fill it with things that are heavy and donāt bring me joy. That isnāt selfish; thatās self-preservation.ā

Thatās what every healing/healed woman eventually realizes:
Self-preservation is not the opposite of service ā itās the prerequisite for it.
Because a woman who protects her peace can finally pour from wholeness, not depletion.
