💌 Letters from the Rebuild #4
Sovereign Homemaking & Soul Inventory: When the Dream Feels Too Heavy
Dear Den-Mates,
This wasn’t the letter I expected to write this week.
I wanted to tell you about all the incredible progress I’ve made reclaiming my home, how I was lovingly restoring it room by room as part of my sovereign homemaking ritual.
And I did make progress—my living room transformation continues, lavender and wine tones are softening the past. My altar’s been cleansed. The Litter Robot gleams like some kind of sci-fi cat temple (because let's be real… it kind of is 😏🐈😆). My new window A/C unit installed.
But the truth is... this week, I hit a wall.
🪨 Not a metaphorical wall—a physical one.
A wall of fatigue, pain, and overwhelm. The kind that knocks the wind out of your lungs when you're halfway through scrubbing a floor or trying to meet a tech client deadline with fibro flares screaming through your bones.
I’ve been trying to do everything:
→ Run multiple businesses
→ Write books
→ Heal trauma
→ Rebuild my house and life
→ Build and expand ads, websites, SEO, relaunch courses
→ Survive chronic illness, grief, and yes, even loneliness
→ Do it all... with minimal help, without funding, without backup
And babes… it broke me this week. 😔
