This morning, I pulled The Sun.
And just before I did? The actual sun was blinding me through my office window like it had something to say.
Itâs the card of light, clarity, breakthrough, and joy.
But you wanna know what else I saw last night?
I dreamed I was drivingâexcept instead of a car, I was âdrivingâ a shopping cart down the highway.
Yep. Full-on Mario-Karting it on the freeway of life with the only âvehicleâ I could afford.
And you know what? I was moving. Janky wheels, exposed feet, no air-conditioning⌠but still. Moving.
Bonus? I woke up grinningâa bit confused lolâbut grinning.
𪜠Part 1: For the Writers
The Sun is the card of soul-clarity, joyful illumination, and inner child resurrection.
And if youâre a writer trying to rebuild after burnout, trauma, or one-too-many book launches that didnât hit?
This card might not show up when you feel like you're flying.
It shows up when you're finally facing the light again.
It shows up when:
You almost quit but didnât.
Youâre still tired, but not giving up.
Youâre rebuilding your writing life with nothing but vision, heart, and a stubborn refusal to disappear.
đ The Sun says: joy is possible even here.
Even if your âcareerâ looks like a shopping cart right now.
Even if your platform is duct-taped together.
Even if your last book made $27.43 and a weird blog troll left you a 1-star review.
âď¸ This card doesnât demand action.
It invites aliveness.
đ Todayâs Practical Magick:
Micro-Movement + Dreamwork
đĄ Move your body gently toward sunlight. Even if itâs just sitting by a window or stepping outside for 2 minutes.
đ Write down your dream fragments.
Ask your guides for âclearer instructions next timeââyes, out loud.
Spirit loves clarity too.
đŹ And whisper to yourself:
âEven if Iâm still figuring it out, I trust that Iâm going somewhere beautiful.â
