Formats
Additional file formats can increase the price. If you are requesting files for print and ebook, for multiple book retailers (which can have different file requirements), price and turnaround time may be affected.
Images
Images will increase the price due to the additional work / time needed to ensure proper formatting and display. This price is determined by the number and type of images included in the manuscript.
